    Hi All,

    The following error message occurred in the customer's jdbc program.
    "The cursor has been previously released and is unavailable"
    Referring to Brian's answer in the article below, after setting the JDBC environment variable (IFMXCONNECTION_CLEANER_THREADS=0),
    the error does not occur.

    My customer is using the JDBC driver version 4.10.JC15.
    Is it better to upgrade to version 4.50?

    You have nothing to lose by trying it. By starting point is the latest ODBC/JDBC is better, not always the case but ....
