Has anyone had experience with Querix for transforming an older 4GL application into a more modern-looking one?

I scrolled to the bottom of this home page and saw a picture of Art Kagel with a positive comment about the product. They also show icons for various customers, including AT&T and Thomson Reuters.

Querix is a great product with a reasonable pricing structure. Win win.

Instantly modernize 4GL apps usually with no changes. Then you can take additional steps to take advantage of Lcia extensions to make the app pretty. Performance is on par with classic compiled 4GL but portable like the P-machine R4GL code. Graphical form designer, graphical report writer. Existing forms are imported. Most existing code just compiles as is.

    John

I just fell in love with Lycia almost 10 years ago, and I don't regreat that.

Adding to Art's response, Lycia is not just about revamping your 4GL code once and end of the game.

It features a richer language superset on top of legacy 4GL, including "modern" languages features that will resolve requirements that Informix 4GL will not resolve, at least in a simple way.
Lycia has a growing set of useful APIs that will connect your legacy 4GL app to the current technologies.
So you can choose the loose way (just migrate to Lycia as is), or decide to continue or restart  investing time on your 4GL apps with a guarantee they will be adapted to today's technology.

I know I am bias, but I have tons of justified reasons to be
