Hello community!!.

I have a table with a blob column stored in one smartblobspace which is growing hugely, I would like to know the best way to reorganize it trough several smartblobspaces. I know that MODIFY column with ALTER TABLE will be done, only to new records. Please tell me another way that unload/load it through new schema. Thanks.

Hi Jessica,

I guess what you're asking is how you can move certain sblobs from one sbspace to another?

You might find this article on how to move a table's sblobs helpful, as well as How to determine which sbspace an sblob resides in.
