What does it mean when a checkpoint shows "# Waits" = 1, but "Block Time", "Ckpt Time", "Wait Time", "Long Time" are all zero?

This would mean that there was a single session that had to wait before entering a critical section for the checkpoint to happen.  It waited less than 0.1 seconds, otherwise you would see the wait time be > 0.  With such a short wait, it's unlikely to be a problem.

It means that one session experienced a block that lasted less than 0.5sec during that checkpoint.
