BTS indexes require smartblob space. If you use the blademgr to install BTS (as opposed to just letting the blade auto-install on first access) it needs a smartblob space configured into the SBSPACENAME parameter in the ONCONFIG file. If you have not created a smartblob space and set that parameter to point to it, that may be the problem.

Unfortunately, the sbspace has already been created and is also specified in the $ONCONFIG.

    Hi,

You got a 208 error, memory allocation failed.

    Add more memory!

Loading UDRs requires an extension memory segment, marked X in "onstat -g seg" output. It will size this according to EXTSHMADD in your $ONCONFIG file. This will fail if total shared memory would then be above either the IDS edition limit or SHMTOTAL.
