It's not a technical topic, but I write with a frustrated mind.
My company hired a new employee for database technical support this time, and the newcomer says he will leave the company for the second day of work.
As a member of the database technical support team, I also made a new friend, so I wanted to work in a new and fun way, but that person quickly leaves the company, so I'm dissapointed.
The employee who quit this time seems to have sought advice from nearby acquaintances about our company's technical support for informix and db2.
In Korea, ibm dbms is not so known (especially Informix) and seems to feel less motivated to work long enough. Even the other employees who joined the company leave after 2 to 3 years. So I understand the feeling of the employee who left.
The CEO of the company said he would look for an employee again, but I am worried that he will be able to find the right employee for this job.
