OAT Health advisor not populating alerts

We have OAT configured for one of the informix servers. It has failed to report space issue in one database. When we investigate the issue, we found that Health advisor is not populating data to Alerts window.
We have a dbspace(data1dbs) is showing red and it has reached the threshold set in Health Advisor monitoring but Health Advisor is not populating this data in Alerts page. So we are not getting any alert to our mailbox due to this.

What could be the reason? any suggestions?

    Hi, Cherry.
    OAT is discontinued.
Which Informix version are you using?
Just in case, you can try to search for job execution errors, searching on ph_alert table.
Also suggest checking on ph_threshold, ensuring that your task has being properly setup for alerting.

    Hello Alex,

    Thanks for your response.
OAT is discontinued. - What is the alternative for OAT. is it InformixHQ?
I know it is available with informix 14.1 version. My databases are of 11.7 and 12.1 version. will InformixHQ monitor lower version databases?

    HI Cherry,

exact, Informix HQ is the official successor of OAT.
It works on 12.10 and I have tested lightly on 11.70 and it seems to work too.
The tool is based on SQL queries so at least a vast majority of functionality should work.

It is not complete yet, but the 14.10 FC4 release should bring a lot of missing functionality
