When dropping a chunk from a DB cluster that includes an RSS node that has DELAY_APPLY set, it's a
really good idea to wait until after the delay window has passed before removing the link/chunk from that node.
It's an
even better idea to
not reassign that chunk to a different dbspace before the window has passed.
