eap 21 has not the correct license file

    I downloaded the latest eap 21 today and after installing and creating the instance I got to following error :

     

    db2inst1@bfravicsvr81424.opentsp.com:/home/db2inst1> db2start

    SQL1032N  No start database manager command was issued.  SQLSTATE=57019

     There is a license in the .licbkup directory, but this is the sames as the former license of the previous eap and this is working for the following 19 days... db2inst1@bfravicsvr81424.opentsp.com:/home/db2inst1> db2licm -a lic00000001.lic LIC1402I License added successfully.     Hi,

    We have found out that there is an issue with the current license file, and we are getting it updated asap. A workaround will be uploaded to this community soon.
