    Hello DMC-Team,

    when navigating to the Blackout screen the GUI throws an Internal Server Error.

    I'm running DMC V3.1.5.1 on a DB2 LUW V11.1 repository database. OS SLES 11 SP4.

    Hi Matthias，

    Would you please post the job logs for further diagnosis, the log file locates at ${DMC installation directory}/addons/job-scheduler/logs, the file name is nohup.out, which is recording the current log trace.


    ​By the way, have you tried to restart the DMC server?

    Hi Matthias,

    The OS SLES 11 SP4 doesn't satisfy the requirement of the DMC server. The DMC must be installed on the SLES12 SP3 or the later version.
