    Hi,

    The currently available custom service rules in Instana have collected some dust and we are facing a deployment issue where we could really use some more flexibility besides some tag matching.

    I created an Idea/AHA request: Improve Custom Service rules in the UI | Cloud Management and AIOps for enabling string manipulation (e.g. regex) and scoping in the custom service rules. 

    Please upvote this idea if you now or maybe in the future also need more flexibility :-) Thanks
