We worked a case with support and it looks like our server does not have a connection to the internet. We are working with our IT department to add it to the proxy server and set the exceptions, but we also wanted to take a look at using ILMT lite in case our request is rejected. The instructions for ILMT lite look identical to what we are doing now, so is it correct to say if we have an issue trying to install ILMT with the BigFix and have this proxy issue, we will experience the same thing installing ILMT lite?

If that is the case, we would need to use the Airgap instructions in either case?

Hi,

ILMT Lite is not using Bigfix at all, so there is no proxy to be configured.
