    Without Google play store and Apple store how to download the .apk files and customized/clone applications in anywhere 7.6.4. Is there any process similar mobile-first server.

    No, you must manually distribute these files now. Most organizations would use an MDM to distribute the apps, but you could distribute the apps other ways (such as a link on an intranet site for example).
