We need some help with syncronization between ArcGis and Maximo.

Our client have Maximo Spatial Asset Management 7.6.1.0. 
First of all, we have set up our Map Manager (which is working, because for assets that is already in Maximo, we  got location in our map in Maximo from ArcGis).

Then we have set up JSON mapping using ARCGISASSET object structure and INBOUND processing. We had problem with URL, because when we put URL we get message token required, so we copy and paste JSON data direct from link. In properties we added features and features/attributes where we also added (ASSETNUM, DESCRIPTION, SITEID, PLUSSGISIS,  PLUSSFEATURECLASS, ASSETTYPE as properties values). When we do test, everything is ok.
After creating JSON mapping, we add this to our Map Manager.

Then we have created new instance in ArcGISDataSnyc cron task, where we have added:
But when we start Cron task we do not get any new asset from ArcGis to Maximo.
The only problem (what I think that can be problem) is when we copy this url, and paste it to browser we get this:
This is the same error that we get, when we want to put URL in JSON Mapping.

Can this be problem, or I forget something to do.

Hi Dario,

 has the Token Security been configured in Maximo for the map manager? If not, then you need to do it, this is under Map Security section in the main tab of the Map Manager application in Maximo.

The way it works is that ArcGIS exposes a service which will generate a security token for a client (Maximo in your case), and then Maximo will embed this token to all requests to GIS. 

You will also need to put the url to the token service into the ARCGISTOKEN endpoint in Maximo .

Yes, token security has been configured in map manager in Maximo. I think that everything is configured in right way.

I did not put the url in endpoint, but when I do that and then test it I got error BMXAA4214E- An unknown error has occured.....I must check first what is problem there.
