i download and run ip_quorum.jar on CentOS Stream 8

and Java version

[root@ip-qourum ~]# java -version
openjdk version "1.8.0_362"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_362-b08)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.362-b08, mixed mode)

and when i run ip_quorum.jar in centos, i have a error like image bellow

and state IP Quorum is offline

I have attached the log file

As you can see in the log, the ip quorum accesses only 3 nodes. There should be 4

Thank you for your replay, but I don't understand why it only recognizes 3 IPs, My server pings all 4 IPs and gets a response.

• Is the status of your 4 nodes OK?  Are you able to ssh and authenticate to all 4 nodes or only 3? Specially to the the one with IP address .121
• Is it possible you have a duplicate IP address 192.168.70.121? You could try removing the ethernet cable and ping to the IP address
• is the output of sainfo lsservicenodes OK?
• Don't you see issues against eth ports if you issue lseventlog -message no
• Don't you see any additional clue in the log file generated in /opt ? There should be a log file called ip_quorum.log.<timestamp>
• Have you tried rebooting the node with 192.168.70.121 in the case it has a funny condition?

I have a host with RHEL8.8, the code in my Flashsystem is 8.7.0.0 and works with no problem. Which code has your Flashsystem?

Another possibility could be the linux firewall I guess...  I have it off due to it's a test environment

Note. I don't see the IP quorum log file attached.

Dear Cuong

I would suggest not to use the default IP addresses of the canisters because you might run in trouble, if you bring a new machine in and you have two boxes with the same addresses. That causes confusion. In my installations i use a different network.

I only have 1 device running App IP_Quroum and 4 IP addresses of the devices.
