ethernet port2 can be configured as secondary management port, either via GUI or CLI:
chsystemip -clusterip <IPaddress> -gw <GWipaddress> -mask <network_mask> -port 2
More details on this in IBM Docs article "chsystemip".
If you want to reuse the management IP address previously assigned to port1, change the port1 IP first.
Note, that the cluster management IP address consequently applies to either node, which ever is config node presently.
Also, I assume that the config node presently is the one with no problem for ethernet port1.
