You want to create a Linux partition guest to an IBM i LPAR.
You can use this old guide (the HMC screens had changed , but the concepts remain)

You can install SUSE, RedHat, CentOS, Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian or any other distribution for the PPC64 or PPC64LE, depending on your processor generation.
