Problem: Some users of the Academic Initiative/Skillsbuild website see this message "Requested resource is currently unavailable, please try again later" when they try to download a CPLEX Optimization Studio installer. We are working to try to stop this happening for already registered users.

Solution: Normally this issue will resolve itself about 24 hours after you experience it. Please clear your browser cache and try again after 24 hours. For most users this is enough to gain access. 

If the problem persists: In a reply below, please add your name, your email (obscure it by using AT for @ and DOT for the . character), and the academic institution to which you belong. Note that you should provide the same details with which you've registered for the Academic Initiative/Skillsbuild website. We will check the messages daily and let you know when we have validated your details and you can download an installer.
