  • 1.  How to set up IBM ILOG ODM Enterprise Optimization Server

    Hi,
    I have got the 'CPlex evaluate Version' of IBM ILOG ODM Enterprise to identify if we can use this as a perpetual license. For our use case I need to host or set up the Docplex solver on the local machine as a server, then need to deploy the optimization model on this server and call the deployed model using an API call to run the model. Whether IBM ILOG ODM Enterprise Optimization Server is the better option among available editions of IBM ILOG ODM Enterprise. If yes, could I please know how to set up the same?

    The product IBM ILOG ODM Enterprise has been withdrawn on 2020-09-30: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/1200874.  It has been superseded with IBM Decision Optimization Center (aka DOC): https://www.ibm.com/cloud/decision-optimization-center.  The section 'Optimization Server' from the DOC documentation is at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/doc/4.0.2?topic=optimization-server-documentation.

    Hi Xavier, 

    Thank you for the reply, I got the IBM Decision Optimization Center (aka DOC). I used to deploy the optimization model to IBM Cloud using python programming. Whether I could do the same using DOC instead of IBM cloud. Could you please help me with this? Appreciate the help.
