    <instDir>\ILOG\CPLEX_Studio122\opl\examples\opl_interfaces\dotnet\x86_.net2005_8.0\CSharp\ExcelWarehouse
    where you can find 2 directories Excel2003AddIn + Excel2007AddIn in which the excelWarehouse.cs has - I think - what you can use/extend. Although the model is a MIP (CPLEX) but you can easily replace the solveProblem (and other) part with CPO model/code.
