Hi,

I have multiple licenses for SPSS 28 in my passport advantage center. When my team tries to download one, it tells him he doesn't have the license code or correct IP address.

I don't know where to find this in the passport advantage center.

I do have access to my License Key Center, however the only versions available there are 25 and earlier. I do have authorization codes for these.

I need to get this on three new employees' desktops and have opened numerous tickets with no assistance. I have been on the phone and have struggled to communicate with the support team unfortunately.

Can someone help!

Due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, Authorization Code, email address, etc...   need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. We accept Licensing only.

Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) such that we can immediately process your request.

For licensing questions on Student and Gradpack versions, please reach out to your vendor or academic institution where you obtained the license.
