I recently downloaded SPSS statistics 27 on my MacBook Pro OS Catalina version 10.15.7. The installation process went smoothly.

However, when I try to open the software, an error message appears saying "SPSS quit unexpectedly".

When I click "reopen", the same error message saying "SPSS quit unexpectedly" reappears.

I don't know what is the problem.

I tried quitting SPSS and reopening, restarting my laptop, uninstalling SPSS then reinstalling then try to open it again.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened.

I dowloaded the interim fix "27.0-IM-S27STATC-MAC-IF006" you suggested.

After I applied this fix using Terminal, it said "Patch complete, please start application for trying."

So, I tried to open SPSS statistics again and the same thing happened.

The error message appeared said "SPSS quit unexpectedly"

What can I do next?
