I recently got a new laptop and moved my SPSS 26 installation from my old laptop to my new laptop. Everything appears to be running as it was before except I am unable to run the Extension Hub. a screen briefly opens and then disappears but the Hub never opens. What am I missing?

Yes, I have the same issue on both of my computers. On one of them in the past, I was able to connect to the extension bundles.
