    Hello,

    How do I download content from IBM Analytics to my computer? Whenever I click save it just saves to my dashboard. I don't see any option where I can just download it to my computer.

    Hello,

    To download content from IBM Analytics to your computer, follow these steps:

    Downloading .pptx or .docx from Cognos Analytics 11.x

    1. Export the content: Open the report or dashboard you want to download, then look for the "Export" option. This can usually be found under the "More actions" (three dots) menu or within the report options.

    2. Choose format: Once you click "Export," select the format you want to download the content in (e.g., PDF, Excel, CSV, etc.).

    3. Download: After selecting the format, you should see a download option. This will save the file directly to your computer instead of your dashboard.
