Subscriptions - Cognos 11.1.7 FP4 On Premises

    Hi 

    I am using Cognos 11.1.7 FP 4 and are battling setting up subscriptions for the users. When they click on the ellipse(...) and click on subscriptions, only a blank box displays on the right hand side. no options are displayed.

    Anyone know how to get this fixed?
