we are currently trying to configure Cognos 11.0.10 to authenticate using Azure AD, with openID. We managed to perform the configuration using the following document:

Unfortunately when we try to login we get the following error message screen
if we select to go to the application without granting consent then we get a cannot login error message. Is there any documentation on what permissions need to be granted to Cognos from Azure when using this type of setup? Due to the clients polices we are not allowed to grant Cognos full rights to azure AD, but are unable to find more specific rights needed by cognos.
Any assistance with these permissions would be appreciated.
