Cognos 11.0.11 - Report Reference not working

    ​Hello,

    I have created a report page with table of contents.
    I have added 3 report references with the following settings:
      - Rollup table of contents = Yes
      - Table of contents entry = Yes

    If I look at the 'Table of Content' page in design view I see the names of the reports I added as a reference.

    If I look at the 'Table of Content' page in page preview it then says 'Table of contents entry 1...'

    When I run the report the 'Table of Content Page' is blank?

    Does anyone know what step I am missing?
