I have a report studio report that, until the last few weeks, has been working well. It is a prompt based report that has a conditional block for a small portion of the report, that shows a different list based on the value selected on the prompt page.  The format of the report is the same regardless of the selection.  However within the past few weeks, there are a couple of prompt values (out of around 25 possible values) that when selected, the font size of the entire generated report is larger (the report is formatted to fit on one 8.5 x 11 page when printed) causing it to spill over onto two pages.  This only happens with PDF output.  

My first instinct was that it was related to the conditional block - but I have tried removing the entire block and deleting the variable, but the issue still persists.

If anyone has some recommendations as to what I could look at or if this is a known issue that is fixed in 11.1.x I would appreciate it (we are on 11.0.13 but should be on 11.1.6 in the next couple of months).

You may have to set pagination property for unchecking "Allow horizontal pagination" property. Also, fixing column width will help in having same format in pdf outputs.
