In my earlier post on failures on running the report view, I forgot to mention that administrators can run the report view. I created a new user group and gave it a Run permission to the report folder, and gave a full permission to the report view. When I run it as a user, I do not see the 'run as' option but as an administrator I see it and can run it.
Are users allowed to run a report view at all. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
