    Hi,

    I'm using a brand new installation, running Cognos Analytics v11.2.1.

    AI Assistant is not returing results.

    I was doing a simple test with Telco_customer_churn_status.xlsx (from the samples) and the following "show Total Charges by Payment Method and Contract". I don't have any results.

    I did try other source, and I've the same issue.

    I've found only quite old articles in the support website:
    IBM Cognos Watson AI Assistant throws: Sorry, Please try again later. If this error persists, contact your system administrator.
    IBM Cognos AI Assistant not returing results

    Any idea would be useful.

    Is there a simple (or not) way to reset the AI Assistant? I am not sure which direction is the right one to troubleshoot this issue...
