I'm getting a curious issue with Dashboard export PDF option with existing Dashboards, most of them created on 11.1.7. When I try to export them in PDF (share-export) the CA interface hangs with the message "Building PDF...".

There is someone having issues with this in 11.2.4 FP2

just one of the first things to check: Extensions. Do you have any uploaded into your environment?

If yes, please test the factory mode of Cognos and test again the PDF export. Go to Cognos via url <link-to-Cognos>/bi/?perspective=home&factoryMode=true

Do you have the same issue if you create a brand new dashboard (based on any samples, for instance) in 11.2.4 FP2?

Did you try to save any existing dashboard to be sure to update the dashboard specification? Did you try with another browser?

Thank you for your reply.

It is an irregular issue because for the all the 11.2.4 Dashboard samples the export works as expected and for some of our dahboards it works too, but for mostly of them it doesn't and I cannot figure out what could be be the differences.
