Our customer has been using the Home screen Search bar to locate, documents, phone numbers, user names, device names for a large deployment they have. This week the functionality was screwy. The manner in which they previously searched for a user, stopped working using this search bar. They were able to find the user and the device by filtering in DEVICES and USERS, but this is not how they need all of this to work. Their large deployment makes it untenable for them.
Also the recent addition of 2 users does not appear in their Activity feed on the home page but activities after trhese additions do.
Is there a refresh or other setting to kick things back in order?
Has anyone experienced this or has something been changed in MaaS.
