I am wondering if anyone here may have some insight since MaaS360 has not been helpful.

We are presently using MaaS360 secure email. It authenticates via Active Sync using an app password.
It is my understanding that support for Active Sync is going away in the near future so we have been looking to see if we can get users logged into Office 365 via MaaS360 Secure email.

MaaS360 gave me some instructions on how to setup an app in Office365 for authentication.
I have set that up, and when try to log in and configure MaaS360 secure email on the device, I get prompter for authentication - including my 2FA, but then it immediately goes to configuration fails. It tells me I must login again, but I can never get another authentication prompt. It is dead at that point.

We are NOT integrated into Azure for sign on - no SSO. 

I just need to be able to authenticate the MaaS360 secure email app w/Office365 with modern authentication.
Have anyone been successful in getting this to work?

Can you tell me which OS you are leveraging - iOS, Android, or both?

Would you be able to direct message me a few screenshots - the auth screen before you enter the passcode, any errors that pop up when the passcode is entered, and what you see after the passcode failure?
