    does anyone happen to know where does the UCM app store QID records / DSM event mappings synchronisation settings (schedules), i.e. whether these can be customised at all?

    Hello, 

    At present outside of the sync as per:
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/qradar-common?topic=manager-configuring-qradar-use-case

    There is no current way to cutomize this at present.
