Which log source is having this problem ?
Are the logs showing as SIM generic ?
(1) Make sure your log source is supported and listed here:
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS42VS_DSM/com.ibm.dsm.doc/r_supported_dsm_list.html
(2) Also make sure your version of log source is supported in link above
(3) Your DSM rpm is up-to-date.
