Invoke note editor with an action

    Hello,

    Im trying to invoke a note editor with an action. For example, when I reply some notes on the incidents, it appears the editor. How can i invoke that with an action (script, workflow....)?

    Hi Aitor,

    I'm trying to understand what you are asking?

    Are you asking about Rule activity fields? On the Rules tab you can create a rule.  At the bottom of the
    page you can hit Show Activity Fields and hit Add Field and create a text area with "Rich Text" set to "Yes".
    When your rule is activated, a pop-up will appear with a text editor like above and the user can enter text
    which can be passed to a workflow using the rule.properties.your_textarea_field.content in the
    pre-processor script.
