    Hello Community Members,

We are currently in Production environment and are facing 2 major issues -

    1) We recently did a platform migration from BPM 8.6 to BAW 19.0.0.3 (the application code is same). We are seeing some difference in behavior for the Heritage Document List component (from Content Management Toolkit).

Note: We don't have any external ECM configured, we are using built in BPM document repository only  for storing the documents.

e.g. if there are no documents, the response is as below

    BPM 8.6
(Working as expected  - displays no documents found)
BAW 19.0.0.3 (Displaying the below error)

    2) Also in BAW environment , the
admin user credentials are displayed in system.out log, this was not happening in BPM 8.6 logs. Any inputs to mask/change/not displaying at all the admin credentials would be really helpful.

We are pasting the logs, changed the admin credentials (guest/guest are dummy credential) for maintaining the confidentiality .

    tail -f SystemOut.log

Could you please help us understand why the same component is behaving differently in BPM 8.6 and BAW 19.0.0.3 environment?

Is there any configuration change through which we can make BAW environment behave same as BPM 8.6 for this functionality? Really appreciate your help.

    Hi Gona,

I think best if you can share some detail of the implementation of the Document List control?

I'm interested in checking your CMIS query as the error was specific about that.

    Thanks,

    In BAW 19.0.0.3 environment.

    1) Create HHS/CSHS
    2) Drag Heritage Document List component
    3) Test
    4) When the document list count is 0. The error pops, no CMIS query has been used.

Looks like a bug.  If the CMIS query does not return any results, the coach view is not able to determine the properties that were returned as it seems to look at the results to get the properties queried for.  Once there is at least one document in the system, it displays fine.

Now that you have moved up, it would be good to migrate the code to use the BPM Document List instead as the Heritage Document List has been deprecated for quite some time.

    Hi Gona,

I tried your steps. Work fine in my BAW environment.

    1. Created a Heritage Human Service from Web PD
    2. Drag and drop a heritage document list (didn't do any bindings)
    3. Simply add some dummy search properties so that no docs can be returned
    4. Run the coach and I see no error about CMIS

    Dear Thong Huynh,
Can you please let us know your environment details , we are guessing this issue starts from BAW 19.* , even in BAW 18 it works fine.

We have tried the same  and found this -

Please find the same steps results in our environment. Its BAW 19.0.0.3.

    Hi Gona,

    I'm also on BAW 19

I feel that you might have missed something during your migration. Do you want to completely clean up SystemOut and then do a full restart and share the logs in this thread?

    Regards
