IBM Cloud Pak for Integration is a comprehensive set of software integration tools within a single, unified experience. With this tool set, you can connect your applications, data, systems, and services, across cloud or on-premises environments, as part of a managed, scalable, and secure deployment that runs on Red Hat OpenShift. You can install Cloud Pak for Integration along with other IBM Cloud Paks to help you quickly build and modernize applications across cloud or IT infrastructure environments.

Cloud Pak for Integration 16.2 provides the following capabilities and updates:
  • Improved insight and speed time to action through immediate visibility of all your IBM App Connect deployments on VMs and start or stop them through a single platform UI window without having to modernize into containers. 
  • Identify and resolve problems quickly and get suggestions on how to improve the integration environment with agentic AI.
  • Complex integration problems in end-to-end integration located and resolved with end-to-end monitoring and tracing.
  • Deploy and manage multiple different API Gateways across different environments (cloud and on-premises) with federated API gateways.
  • Improve the resilience, security, and connectivity of enterprise messaging with IBM MQ 10
  • IBM Aspera offers a leading solution to moving ever increasing amounts of data over long distances or unreliable networks.
  • Support for up to 6 years as a new Long-Term Support release
    • This release will provide a replacement for the current Cloud Pak for Integration 16.1 long term support release, which will be in Base support until the end of 2026. For more information, see Software Announcement AD25-1698.
  • Support for Red Hat OpenShift 4.21.
