Alberto Franchi is  Product Manager for IBM Process Mining, a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Process Mining Tools. He has been active in the process mining space since 2016, starting as part of the founding team of myInvenio, a pioneering startup that introduced advanced process mining and digital twin capabilities to the market. Alberto played a key role in driving myInvenio’s growth and innovation, leading to its successful acquisition by IBM in 2021. He delivers AI-powered insights and intuitive solutions that help organizations understand and transform their processes, working closely with clients and partners to drive successful digital modernization.

Lorenzo Lucchi is Technical Product Manager for IBM Process Mining with expertise in innovation, customer success, and product strategy. He began his career at MyInvenio in 2019 as a product specialist and consultant, playing a key role in its successful acquisition by IBM in 2021. Lorenzo has deep experience in automation, AI, and business process management, and is recognized as an expert in the Process Intelligence domain. Passionate about turning customer ideas into impactful product features, he has helped shape IBM Process Mining’s evolution and contributed to its leadership position in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant in 2025.
