Darren Mills

Darren Mills is the Chief Technology Officer at CleanSlate Technology Group, an AWS Premier Partner and IBM Platinum Partner. With over 30 years of consulting experience across infrastructure and application development, he specializes in application modernization for mid-market organizations.

Darren leads CleanSlate’s technology team and is responsible for the technical delivery of client engagements, while remaining a hands-on technologist who advises leadership teams on modernization strategy and execution. He is known for transforming large monolithic systems into modern, cloud-native architectures, often leveraging serverless and managed AWS services to reduce cost, increase resiliency, and accelerate delivery velocity.

Hafsa Ali is a Product Manager for IBM Db2, leading the Amazon RDS for Db2 business and working across product management and go-to-market initiatives including pricing, packaging, licensing, releases, and cloud marketplace strategy. Over her four years at IBM, she has focused on expanding Db2 adoption in managed cloud environments and helping drive Db2 growth on AWS.
