We have an updated agenda for our second
Nordic ITSM User Group Meeting taking place on the
2nd October 2018 at the IBM Client Center Copenhagen.
We will start with a “kick-off” for the IBM Operations Management Overview and Roadmap and give you an update on Netcool Operations Insights v.1.5 on IBM Cloud Private, Predictive Insights and Cloud Event Management.
There will be a presentations and demos the new service management offering IBM Cloud App Management and the new IBM Cloud Application Business Insights. And we look forward to presenting a demo of Netcool Performance Insight (NPI) v. 1.3 offering.
