Lorenzo Lucchi

Lorenzo Lucchi is Technical Product Manager for IBM Process Mining with expertise in innovation, customer success, and product strategy. He began his career at MyInvenio in 2019 as a product specialist and consultant, playing a key role in its successful acquisition by IBM in 2021. Lorenzo has deep experience in automation, AI, and business process management, and is recognized as an expert in the Process Intelligence domain. Passionate about turning customer ideas into impactful product features, he has helped shape IBM Process Mining’s evolution and contributed to its leadership position in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant in 2025.
