In this webinar we will review the most common factors that contribute to slowness in Process Portal, how to troubleshoot and identify those factors, and what one can do to improve the performance based on that contributing factor. We will focus on Process Portal login, saved searches, loading the Launch List menu items, opening dashboards and tasks (coaches), and the search index. Lastly we will also discuss which of these contributing factors also impact the new Workplace console.
