Introducing the case customers to the client-side human services layouts (CSHS) for case solutions, namely the solution layouts, the default and custom CSHS layout for Add Case, Case Details and Split Case. It also demonstrates how a customer could customise their layouts to their business needs.

Prasad is a developer in the Business Automation Workflow product. He leads the development of Case components in the product. He has contributed to several features in several releases of the product. He had earlier been part of IBM DB2, AIX and IBM Content Analyzer products at IBM.
