As organizations look to make faster, smarter, and more contextual decisions, the ability to unlock insights from unstructured data using generative AI and machine learning has become a significant advantage. In this webinar, we will explore how IBM Decision Intelligence enables business users to seamlessly incorporate Gen AI–driven insights from unstructured sources such as documents, text, and contextual inputs directly into their decision services, without requiring deep technical expertise.
Participants will learn how Decision Intelligence's built-in prompt editor allows generative AI to analyze and generate content using the live context of a decision service, and how few-shot prompting can improve the quality and relevance of outputs derived from unstructured data. The session will also highlight how predictive capabilities from machine learning models can be infused into business logic to support more informed, data-driven decisions.
We'll conclude by showing how these combined capabilities help unlock the value of unstructured data, increase decision quality, streamline automation efforts, and enable organizations to respond with greater agility to evolving business needs.
