Prasad is a developer in the Business Automation Workflow product. He leads the development of Case components in the product. He has contributed to several new features across BAW releases. He had earlier been part of IBM DB2, AIX and IBM Content Analyzer products at IBM.

 
 
Latha Ramakrishnaiah

Latha is a Software Test Engineer and QA Lead for the Case team in Business Automation Workflow (BAW). She has been a key contributor to the modernization and evolution of Client-Side Human Services (CSHS), playing a significant role in testing and validating major case management capabilities.
