    Although I have both WTX 8.2.0.4 & WTX 8.3 installed on my desktop, the installs stop with a message telling me I need to install the WTX Desktop Studio first. I'm thinking they are the latest releases but I'm not sure and I have no access to Passport Advantage. Someone elese downloaded them but failed to identify the files.

    I'm open to suggestions on what to do to install them. Thanks, Jim

    When you double click on the exe files, read the description in the text box for eg: "c:\temp\ibm\Design Studio" that will tell you what it means.

    Hi Jim - actually the problem you are running into is. . . HIPAA pack 4.2 contains the 4010A1 type trees that are preNPI mandate. These are not compatible/allowed for the 8.2+ versions of WTX. For those you need the HIPAA 4.3+ packs.
