Love this initiative.
Last time I couldn't make it due to agenda conflicts, but I'm definitely hoping to join this round.

Especially within the IBM Champions community, this feels very relevant, we do amazing things, but don't always talk about the impact enough.

We are meeting on Friday (30/01, @17:00 CET - Central European Zone)

This workshop is focused on "how" and not "what" - meaning we want to create a environment where people can share their achievements without a fear of being perceived as "bragging".

I agree with you that our failures can teach us a lot - and it is a good way to also share that not everything is "amazing with pink fluffy unicorns" :) so others are encourage to try, test, fail, learn and continue with the journey.

So even if this area is not covered during the workshop, you could use the learnings from that and apply it to "sharing failures" in a way that you would like to.

and Peter, pls share your email so I could send you an invite for the Friday's session (send your email either here via DM or in a DM via LinkedIn).

Doing workshops for you all is amazing... I love the active participation, I'm amazed how some are "switching on" I'm Remarkable mindset on the workshop... 

fun fact: without calling names (you know it is about you :) ), one person said on the call that they (smart, not mentioning the gender :) ) don't like to turn on camera and they have "issues" with calling themselves "an expert"... and after 15-20 minutes this person is turning on camera (on it's own) and suddenly is turning on the mic, says something and there is this magic statement "(...) and I'm an EXPERT(...)".... just like that, without being forced, without being pushed and - what is most important  - without feeling "tacky, itchy, cringy"... it came natural... <- THIS IS WHY THOSE WORKSHOPS ARE GOOD and this is why I love to do it!!

Hi @Marek Malinowski, I have just skimmed both threads about this topic and it sounds great and really resonated with me.  Please add me to any notifications about the third installment.  Will do what I can to Join.  I'm about as close as you can get to the Antipode of Poland with the exception of New Zealand!
