    Hi Offiong,

    Can you provide more information:

    What System and OS are you running it on?

    What folder are the installation files in?

    What user are you trying to install as?

    What folder are you in when you try to run consoleinstall.sh and what is the exact command you are trying to run?

    Can you provide the output of 'env | sort'  or 'set' on Windows?

    Can you provide the output of the 'find /install/folder -ls' where /install/folder is the path of the install files?

    If you are on Windows use 'tree /F'

    Finally, I recommend upgrading to 11.7
