Anything that can be maintained in the spreadsheet can (should be:) a decision table. You can also combine/infuse it with the insight from any AI (LLM/ML/predictive models) to make it an even more dynamic & powerful decision point. Yes still controlled within bounderies set by the business. 

 

>> why can't they upload a .csv? I doubt the copy and paste would work on the first try - it's pretty clunky right now, you have to go back and edit with syntax etc.
